Meet RPC’s leadership team…
Tom Dages
Senior Pastor
Pastor Tom Dages is the Senior Pastor at RPC and has been serving here since 2003. He is originally from Philadelphia, PA and has served in churches in Colorado and Michigan. He graduated from Eastern College with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 1985 and from Westminster in 1990 with a Master of Divinity degree. He and his wife live in Reston with their three children Sarah, Allison, and Nathan. Pastor Tom and his family enjoy sports, fishing, and traveling, especially to Colorado.

Chris Greenwood
Associate Pastor
Pastor Chris Greenwood is the Associate Pastor at RPC and has been serving here since October of 2008. He was born in Tennessee and continues to be a huge fan of the Tennessee VOLS. Growing up as a military son he has lived in Okinawa, England, South Georgia, and North Carolina. He graduated from Valdosta State University in 2002 with a BA degree in History and from Campbell University in 2008 with a Master of Divinity degree with Languages. He and his wife have been married since 2002 and have three children. The Greenwoods currently live in Herndon, VA. Pastor Chris and his family enjoy swimming, trains, Chinese food, and picnics in the living room.
